Technically supposed to be on holiday’s, but wanted to share this recent talk on Social Media and Mental Health with you!

Gathered some interesting insights and research during the nearly 3 years of building my proposal for doctoral work on Ethics & Social Media and what the hell this technology is doing to our brains and our cultures, which seems a shame not to share.

In this talk, I explore the current research on social media and mental health, the relationship between social media and addiction, and some strategies for managing the use of social media for individuals and answer a few questions from the audience.
